SHEILA: Hello, my name is Sheila Rolling. I am a certified health and wellness coach.
HEATHER: and my name is Heather Teigen. I am a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition coach.
We want to welcome you to our online nutrition course, “Simple Strategies for Nutrition Beginners."
SHEILA: Heather and I are going to show you how simple daily actions can end low energy and fatigue you’ve been living with. We want to help you feel amazing and see progress towards your fitness goals.
HEATHER: In this 4-week course, you're going to learn 8 simple strategies that are the foundation for healthy nutrition habits and increased energy.
Starting on Monday, you'll be receiving 3 emails a week. On Monday and Wednesdays, you'll learn about 2 simple strategies. You'll spend that week practicing putting these simple strategies into action. On Friday, you'll get a weekend reminder to stay mindful of that week's simple strategy.
SHEILA: We understand that healthy nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing. There is so much conflicting information online and in social media. In this course, "Simple Strategies for Nutrition Beginners, "we're going to keep it simple by teaching 2 simple strategies a week to learn and practice. After you've completed this 4-week course, you'll be able to practice these 8 simple strategies over and over for the rest of your life.
